♥ April thus far.
April thus far. Half a month has passed. And quite some things have happened.
1) Tensions on the Korean Peninsula are at their all-time high now. For someone who doesn't pay attention to global affairs, I have been really hardworking these days. Googling about these news every morning when I wake up. And everyday, I hear more bad news.
So, am I still going to Korea? Yes, I am planning to go still except otherwise in some real unlikely situations, war starts before I get there. But my parents wise, I am not too sure if they will still let me go. Especially my dad. Am I afraid? Yes, I am. For someone who has grown up not seeing even a peaceful demonstration before, war does sound scary. But I really do not wish to give up on this chance like this. I have been planning for it since August last year? It's been 8 months already.
That said, I am going to settle my air tickets next week, after my whole load of tests are over.
2) Sissy is finally back! After 7 whole months of being in the States. We picked her up at the airport at 2am last Friday morning. And I was so tired I fell into deep sleep after I got home. But waking up at 10am and seeing someone sleeping on the once-empty bed beside me really brightens up my day. (: After the sister came back, life has been like a holiday. Eating buffets, watching dramas with her, as if I have no school like her too. :x
3) Exams are fast approaching. I am slacking like nobody's business. I am not confident of any modules nor even my electives to pull up my grade. No, not even Korean 2. I am not too sure what to say of it, but it has been really fun learning Korean, but it's getting so hard and so competitive. Nevertheless, I will move on to Korean 3 and 4 - I already saved my SU for them.
4) Taipei family trip finally booked! Have been bugging my mama for months, and we finally settled it after Sissy came back. 5D4N only, but there's lots of things we wanna do, but we gotta plan well. 12 - 16 May!! It's exactly 4 weeks later!! :DD
